The Wedding Protector Plan® makes a distinction between a rainy day and truly severe or catastrophic weather, such as a hurricane. If catastrophic weather causes you to cancel or postpone the wedding, we can provide reimbursement for non-recoverable expenses.
Coverage can be purchased as early as 2 years before your wedding day and as late as 14 days before your event in most states. We recommend you purchase coverage as soon as you begin making deposits and purchases for this event. Purchases already made can be covered provided you have receipts for them and you did not know of any impending or existing claim situations when you purchased insurance.
